Decks in, without the chase
Upload pitch decks via PDF or links, or let founders upload their own decks straight into the agenda — and stop running behind presenters or swapping last-minute updated decks.

Director desk
One master screen with multiple pitch decks of different format, timer with sound, live question room with reactions, and a voting system — one control panel for demo days, accelerator finals and pitch competitions.
HOSTS RUNNING THEIR EVENTS WITH PITCHEVENT.STUDIO

Before the pitches
Upload pitch decks via PDF or links, or let founders upload their own decks straight into the agenda — and stop running behind presenters or swapping last-minute updated decks.
During the pitches
Show all pitch decks on one or multiple audience screens. Let the audience ask and upvote questions in the Question Room. Start and stop the timer, and push audience questions onto the screen — from your laptop or phone.
After the pitches
Start the voting and let the audience vote for startups publicly or privately via individual codes or email addresses — then show the animated voting results on the screen.
Build the running order with pitches, keynotes and breaks, drag to reorder, attach decks and moderation notes. One click starts an item and the whole room follows.
The projector shows the current deck, page-synced with your desk. Reveal a question, a QR code or the countdown — nothing else ever leaks on screen.
Per-item countdowns, start / pause / adjust from the desk, visible to the stage and the room. It stops at 00:00 — no awkward negative overtime.
Guests scan a code, ask, and upvote once. You freeze the ranking to read comfortably, then push the best question full-screen behind a blurred slide.
Custom voting questions with described, illustrated options. Open the vote, close it, and show the result — no spreadsheet, no shouted show of hands.
Invite your host by email. They sign in with a one-time code and only see what you switched on — questions, broadcast, timer, voting, notes.
From an intimate demo day to a full-scale pitch competition — pick the plan that fits your crowd. Every plan runs the full director desk; higher tiers add private rooms, custom branding, extra moderators and more storage for bigger stages.

More than 5,000 guests per year. Custom guest volume, multiple organizations, procurement paperwork, security review and priority support during your event days.
Prices exclude VAT. VAT is added at checkout where applicable.
One guest is one device that opens your question room or voting room, counted once per event. Reloads, upvotes and switching between the question and voting room never count twice. Your director desk, audience screen and moderator view never count.
Yes — give guests an individual code generated in pitchevent.studio, or import an attendee email list. This also makes sure that every guest votes only once.
Upgrade to the next plan at any time — we bill the difference for the rest of your plan year. There are no guest top-up packs to manage.
Prices are net. VAT is added at checkout based on your country and VAT ID.
No. Guests scan a QR code and open the question or voting room in their phone browser. No app, no account, no sign-up.
PDF decks, video files and presentation links. Every agenda item can carry its own format, and the audience screen switches between them without you leaving the desk.
One laptop for the desk and one projector or screen for the audience view. If the sound comes from another device, you choose which screen plays the timer cue.
Yes. Invite your moderator by email — they sign in with a one-time code and only see the controls you switched on, from a tablet or phone.
As many as you like. Plans are based on how many guests join your question and voting rooms in a year, not on the number of events or team seats.
A 20-minute walkthrough on your own agenda: we set up an event, drive a deck, take questions from a phone and run a live vote.
