1. 14-day money-back guarantee
pitchevent.studio is operated by bost& UG (haftungsbeschränkt). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date, for any reason — including a simple change of mind. Statutory rights that give you a longer or additional right to a refund remain unaffected.
2. How to request a refund
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles returns and refunds. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email address used for the purchase or the invoice number, or contact us at hello@pitchevent.studio and we will pass the request on to Paddle.
3. Processing and timing
Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the money usually appears within 5–10 business days. Refunds are made in the currency of the original payment. Once a subscription is refunded, access to the paid plan ends.
4. Renewals and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time so that no further renewal is charged; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term. If a renewal was charged unintentionally, contact us or Paddle within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it.
